“Push notifications are a modern and very promising channel of communication with website visitors. Unlike standard marketing tools, they do not require personal data to work.
As a contractor, we chose Push4site. I liked the service for the quick response of the support department, which helped with the implementation of mailing lists and setting up all scenarios.
We divided all notifications into two classes: newsletters of articles from the blog and commercial scenarios to increase conversions to service connection requests.
Newsletters were sent to all users no more than once a week, in order to avoid an increase in the outflow of users from the channel. The percentage of transitions from such mailings ranged from 2% to 5%. Traffic from this source had good page depth and high time spent on site.
Trigger mailings were aimed at increasing the conversion to service requests and were implemented according to the logic - the user visited the service page, but did not send a connection request. Additionally, we implemented mailings to groups of users who received notifications from scripts, but ignored them. These scenarios provided approximately 10% return of users and had good conversion rates.
In general, push notifications have shown good results in solving the tasks. Push4site service specialists, throughout the cooperation, showed high involvement and technical literacy.”
