Since July 19, 2019, Onesignal, a major browser push notification service, has ceased to be available. The fact is that the IP address of the service entered the register of prohibited sites as prescribed by the Federal Tax Service. Many Russian sites and applications have suffered from this. This includes the official website of the Mayor of Moscow (mos.ru), which until recently used a foreign resource for sending web notifications to its visitors.
We hope that the Onesignal team is aware of the problem and makes every effort to solve it, but no one can guarantee that such a scenario will not happen again.
